Strom costume for my daughter 10 years old …?

My 10 year old daughter has recently become a big fan of the X-Men movies and comics and wants to be the storm for Halloween. The only problem is I can not seem to find costumes (with the exception of a super cheap / tacky looking one.) Any Help?
