Plus size Halloween costumes for cheap?

I’m looking for size 28+ costumes that are cheap and relatively modest. What I mean by modest is at least knee length skirts (preferably a little longer). I’m most interested in really feminine costumes, and might want to be something renaissance or medieval related. Preferably it’d be $60 or less and is of relatively good quality.

Have you thought about a long halloween tutu — the no sew variety. You can wear a black turtle neck, which you probably already have and then wear a long no sew tutu and a witch’s hat. It is elegant and pretty. You wear black leggings with this.
