Unique & Fun Halloween Costume for a couple?

Halloween is right around the corner, especially for those who are in college.
My boyfriend and i usually dress up with a couple costume idea in mind (ie: mob gangster and his mole) but this year we are having trouble coming up with an idea.

We don’t want to spend alot of money on pre-made costumes,
so something either cheap, or that can be thrown together at the the last minute would be best.
Another issue is that my boyfriend isn’t fond of dressing up, (ie: he will not dress up as a cheerleader, and i the football player)

I would love for you to send me your ideas and it would be greatly appreciated!!

i know it’s early but i just wanted to know of any good ideas people had so i can get an early head start. i don’t like waiting until the very last minute so i ask every year. thank you for your input. =]
