How can I make a cupid costume for an infant? Where can I find child-size cupid accessories for Halloween?

My daughter will be about 8 months old and I want to make her cupid for Halloween. I can’t find child sized accessories for the costume anywhere online. Also, any DIY mother’s out there with any tips on how to create the costume? Help!!
