Unique & Fun Halloween Costume for a couple?

Halloween is right around the corner, especially for those who are in college.
My boyfriend and i usually dress up with a couple costume idea in mind (ie: mob gangster and his mole) but this year we are having trouble coming up with an idea.

We don’t want to spend alot of money on pre-made costumes,
so something either cheap, or that can be thrown together at the the last minute would be best.
Another issue is that my boyfriend isn’t fond of dressing up, (ie: he will not dress up as a cheerleader, and i the football player)

i HAVE NO iDEA WHAT TO DRESS UP AS THiS YEAR FOR HALLOWEEN. i WAS WONDERING iF YOU COULD HELP ME. i DON’T WANT TO GO AS ANYTHING TO "HEAVY", BUT i WANT A COOL CREATiVE COSTUME. i’LL TAKE ANYTHING CREATIVE, BUT i DON’T WANT LINKS TO HALLOWEEN STORES, OR HALLOWEEN STORE NAMES. i WANT COSTUME iDEA’S.
