Whats the best Genie Halloween costumes for teen girls?

All of the Halloween costumes for Genies I have looked for are not appropriate for a school halloween costume contest. Any suggestions where I can find Genie halloween costumes that are cheap and school appropriate?
you could make your own:
1: use a leotard or swim suit for the top ( keeps the tummy covered)
2: wear bike or "boy shorts" (to cover rear)
3: get shear fabric and make these pants ( look at link) just don’t make the side slits higher than the knee.
4: add a few coins or bells and do the make up.
5: wear cute jeweled sandals
