My best friend and I are sixteen and we’re wondering what some good ideas for Halloween costumes would be that are appropriate, with just a hint of adult in it.

Two Gypsies would be really cute. Lots of colored scarfs, some solid colored. Lots of eye liner and mascara, red lips.
You could do one a fortune teller and one a psychic type costumes.
Ask mom, older neighbors for any old clothes, scarfs, and costume jewelry to dress it all up!
Thrift stores sometimes have great pieces of costumes too!
A simple skirt can be dressed up with scarfs and lots of belts too.
